The virtual keyboard on the Touchpad offers some unique features that aren't found on other tablets in the market. In addition to the extremely useful 5th row of numbers, the Touchpad's virtual keyboard is also resizable. Press-and-hold on the keyboard key on the lower-right a little pop-up appears offering you four options of XS, S, M and L..
The Extra Small keyboard takes up about a quarter of the screen in portrait mode and about a third in landscape, while the Large keyboard occupies about 50% and 40% of the screen in portrait and landscape mode, respectively. Once you select the size, webOS will use that selection in both portrait or landscape until you change it, although it would be nice to specify your favorite keyboard size per screen rotation.
