Panasonic Raboo: Android Ebook Reader Tablet

Panasonic introduces Android tablets with access to digital media store for eBooks and other content, "Panasonic Raboo". These tablets will be launched in Japan on August 12 and sold at a price of about $ 450.

Panasonic Raboo supports bookstore Rakuten in Japan with approximately 10,000 ebook titles available for purchase.

This tablet supports 1080p HD video playback, but does not have an HD display / feature HDMI outputs.

Panasonic Raboo Specifications: 400 gram 7-incher , display 1024 x 600 Horizontal Vertical pixels and 260,000 colors, Android OS and dual-core CPU, 8Gb of storage approximately 4.5Gb for ebooks, online apps and supports for microSD and microSDHC cards, WiFi, Bluetooth and USB 2.0, video 1280 × 720 H.264 playback functionality.
