Samsung Galaxy Z: Galaxy S2 Little Brother

Shortly after Samsung was unveiled Galaxy S II, also appeared on rumors about a second version, which differs in some respects from the original. Since Galaxy Z now on the side of the Swedish mobile operator Tre has emerged, finally there is clarity about the features of the smartphone. Here are the technical details at a glance:

- 4.2 inch Super Clear LCD with 800 x 480 pixel resolution
- 1 GHz Dual-Core Processor (probably Nvidia's Tegra 2)
- Android 2.3 (2.3.4?)
- Wi-Fi, GPS and FM radio
- 5 megapixel camera with LED flash
- 8 GB internal memory

On the Swedish side it is offered for 3995 Swedish crowns, the equivalent of approximately 437 euros. Whether the device will be available internationally, or found only in certain countries the way to the shops and how much it would cost this country is not yet clear.

In the editorial androidnews.de little consensus about the device. While Frank and Amir are fond of the device due mainly because of non-SuperAMOLED displays, I think it's because of the Tegra 2-processor and the lower rate of interest, however, stands or falls with the unit for me the quality of the display. In this form, the Samsung Galaxy Z might be a good alternative to LG Optimus Speed, which has relatively similar specifications.

What do you think of the smartphone? Do you find it interesting or rather unnecessary? Write your opinion of this in the comments.
